I’m introducing my work for DM of my next solo-exhibition.
“Infiorata" (Noto, Sicily) oil-painting : Size P15
Noto is an old baroque city in Sicily.
It is famous for “Infiorata” (Flower Carpet) flower festival. I visited it in 2023.
Infiorata is a religious event that originated in Italy 400 years ago. It evolved into flower-painting / Art work.
Today it has an aspect as an event where flower-artists from all over the world compete their skills, and it is held in various places also in Japan. It is a pleasant art in which everyone can easily participate.
